  I been living in my apartment for 12 or 13years I never complained up until the last 2 years I have the most noises people living over top of my apartment on the 2nd floor I keep putting in complaints to the on call number that they keep telling me to call I feel no one is doing anything about it. I pay my rent and probably more money then anybody else in the building.

  This place is horrible. I lived there, almost, 6yrs. I had to deal with, hookers, drug dealers and just a negative environment. Management did nothing about my complaints. I lived there for almost 6yrs, without any locks on my first floor apartment. They had the nerve to ask me why I was leaving. Are you kidding. My car was vandalized on a regular. Do not rent here. Trust me, you will regret, every moment. And they find, every excuse not to give back your deposit. It's not worth it keep looking. 5201 apt.1A.

  I have had the most terrible experience with Mcm management. The unit I was living in was overrun by roaches and I complained to mcm management for several weeks until Someone finally gave me a call (That's only until I threatened to get the law involved.) After I consulted with several other tenants; they confirmed that their units were overrun by roaches and that they were living in unhealthy conditions. I had to throw away so much food which cost me hundreds of dollars. Not to mention the after hours representatives were rude and incompetent. I wouldn't recommend anybody doing buisness with these people, because they are unprofessional and lack proper structure.
